Emergency 24/7 care

Emergency & After Hours Vet in Norwich

We are one of only a few Vets that offer a 24/7 emergency vet service.

We know how worrying it is when emergencies arise, so we run our own on call provision – even out of hours you will normally see your own vet, and they will have all your pet’s medical information at their fingertips.

For emergency care when the surgery is open please call 01603 89 89 84.

Today the surgery is open from 9am to 12pm (midnight).

For emergency vet care when the surgery is closed call 01603 89 89 84.

If you are unsure of anything, and need us to answer any immediate questions, please call us on 01603 89 89 84.

We are equipped to deal with all kinds of emergencies using state of the art technology including up to date diagnostic, pathology and monitoring equipment.

This is vital for long-standing or complicated conditions and shows the commitment we have to continuity of care.

Hospital Care Wards

Our specialist species specific wards complement the other veterinary services on offer at our surgery. The ward is supervised by our vet and nursing staff, offering the most intensive care option for very poorly pets.

Here at All Creatures we do our best to ensure your pet has a comfortable stay. We have recently extended our hospital so all species have their own separate ward with special tailor-made accommodation, monitored day and night by our trained and dedicated team.

This includes thermostatically controlled vivaria with ultraviolet lighting, bird incubators with oxygen and stress free cat only large beds.

Our new wards are:

  • Dog
  • Cat
  • Avian
  • Reptile
  • Small Mammals
  • Isolation (for infectious cases)

Please ask if you would like a behind the scenes tour before your pet’s stay.
